I always tell my students that I want them to eat their colors…meaning I want them to eat more fruits and vegetables! These pictures are a few ways to get creative with eating more fruits and vegetables, and it’s a fun way for the family to prepare a snack together!
A Vegetable Skeleton! You can use carrots, tomatoes, broccoli, celery, mushrooms, cauliflower, olives and a low-fat ranch dip/vegetable dip to create the bones of a skeleton!
